Here's most of the stuff in parts. I have some fitting to do, mounting plates, drilling holes, etc.. I spent most of a weekend just doing the welding and there's still more.
The motor and pump assembly. A 5 hp, 3450 rpm motor turning CCW. The pump is a 2 stage 11gpm Haldex which turns clockwise. A Lovejoy coupler between the two shafts and a homemade bracket out of what was left of the 6" I beam for the frame uprights.
She's getting closer now. I've got some of the plumbing done and several components mounted. It's been several trips to the hardware store, steel place and hydraulics shop trying to get everything. As usual, I've forgotten a couple of things so it won't be up and running this weekend (July 3, 2005) due to the holiday.
There's a bit of welding left on the top cross member and cylinder bracket, then it's time to mount the cylinder and work on the side guides. Die and die mounts come later.
